The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is the biggest threat humanity has faced in a lifetime, and it is accelerating – we don’t have a moment to lose.
Forcibly displaced communities are at heightened risk. 80% of the world’s refugees live in countries with weaker health, water and sanitation systems. Many live in densely populated camps or poorer urban areas. They need our urgent help today, and we can't do it without your support.
With your help, UNHCR can step up health, water, sanitation and hygiene services to protect refugees and displaced people. We are working with governments, which lead the coronavirus response, to ensure that people forced to flee are included in preparation and response plans.
